Mike's Cafe Portola Valley and Menlo Park

My favorite sandwich place. Very good ambiance, good waiting staff, and tasty food. In Portola Valley Mike's is located at the Ladera Shopping center across Bianchinis on Alpine Road. In Menlo Park it is on Middlefield next to Willow. I have eaten at both places and I will go back again, we are pretty regulars at Ladera since it is very close to our horses.

My favorites on the menu are the Crab Panini (with fruit, since I am still trying to get rid of a few pounds) and the Ahi Tuna Sandwich, which is still nice and red in the center. My son loves the spaghetti with meat sauce while my wife always hopes that they will serve the Mushroom soup.
